I can't install Office 365 on my computer

To install Office 365 the previous version of office needs to be uninstalled first.

 

1. In your search bar on your taskbar type in "Control Panel"

 

2. In the top right section make sure View by Category is selected

 

3. At the Bottom of the page under Programs select Uninstall a program

 

4. Scroll down and select Microsoft Office 2016

 

5. At the top of the page select Uninstall

 

6. Once the uninstall is complete restart the computer and install Office 365
